Salary: £75,000–£85,000 per annum + bonus and benefits

What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive platform modernization initiatives.
• Manage and mentor a small team of DevOps engineers.
• Align DevOps capabilities with broader business objectives.
• Champion DevEx, reliability, security, and incident response.
• Promote observability and performance optimization.

Requirements

• Proven line management experience.
• Expertise in cloud-native technologies (any cloud provider is fine: GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, SRE, and IaC principles.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Ability to work onsite once per month in Leeds.
