What you will do
- Safeguard hirify.global and clients from various financial crime risks including money laundering, terrorist financing, and fraud.
- Resolve customer-related issues promptly via email and chat channels.
- Liaise with various departments to manage diverse requests within the team's workflow.
- Manage a personal portfolio of cases and tasks, ensuring efficient completion.
- Proactively follow-up with clients and sales representatives to ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate task status to colleagues and supervisors, escalating problems swiftly when necessary.
Requirements
- University degree required.
- Diligent, with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Proactive, with the ability to work within strict time-frames and under pressure.
- Highly empathetic, with strong active listening skills and comfortable in a team environment.
- Curious and eager to learn, actively asking questions to confirm understanding.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
