What you will do

• Support build and deployment processes for applications on private and public cloud including API, event-driven, and batch processing.
• Implement and maintain DevOps and infrastructure tooling such as Jenkins, GitHub, Harness, Docker, Istio, and Terraform.
• Deliver and maintain pipeline standards covering build, test, security, performance, and release processes.
• Build and deploy automation observability solutions including logging, monitoring, metrics, and alerting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams on latest technologies and iterate best practices to improve deployment quality.
• Promote knowledge sharing and engineering excellence across teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid with presence in Bristol office at least 40% of the time
• Software or data engineering background with experience in Java, Python, and bash scripting.
• Experience with modern engineering practices including streaming, databases, ETL pipelines, and orchestration (Airflow).
• Proven experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Sonar, Nexus, Git, Docker containers.
• Exposure to cloud technologies (ideally GCP) and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Passion for collaboration and promoting DevOps culture in delivery teams.
