What you will do

• Build and nurture senior-level client relationships across MENA, focusing on strategic account growth.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within client organizations to expand service offerings.
• Lead account strategy planning and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure profitability and forecast accuracy.
• Drive business development initiatives and present plans to add value and increase revenue.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver complex digital solutions aligned with client ambitions.
• Maintain accountability for commercial success and long-term strategic direction of client portfolios.

Requirements

• Must have 10+ years of senior client management experience in digital agency or tech professional services.
• Experience managing digital transformation portfolios valued over 5-7M AED.
• Strong understanding of MENA markets and ability to influence at C-suite level.
• Proven ability to lead complex digital product creation within an agency environment.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in Dubai or able to work onsite in the UAE.
