What you will do
- Build and nurture senior-level client relationships across MENA, focusing on strategic account growth.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within client organizations to expand service offerings.
- Lead account strategy planning and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure profitability and forecast accuracy.
- Drive business development initiatives and present plans to add value and increase revenue.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver complex digital solutions aligned with client ambitions.
- Maintain accountability for commercial success and long-term strategic direction of client portfolios.
Requirements
- Must have 10+ years of senior client management experience in digital agency or tech professional services.
- Experience managing digital transformation portfolios valued over 5-7M AED.
- Strong understanding of MENA markets and ability to influence at C-suite level.
- Proven ability to lead complex digital product creation within an agency environment.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be based in Dubai or able to work onsite in the UAE.
