What you will do

• Build, test, and maintain elegant Java Spring code for online classifieds services.
• Run services in AWS, ensuring smooth and fast performance for customers.
• Collaborate within an agile team to constantly evolve ways of working.
• Be an active part of the Engineering community to advance the discipline.
• Work with search systems and potentially explore AI to enhance search functionality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with Java Spring projects.
• Experience with AWS and search systems based on ElasticSearch.
• Ability to dig into existing codebases.
• Strong communication skills to seek help and share knowledge.
• A bias towards collaborating with others over facing issues alone.
• A keen interest in AI to improve search capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kafka and MySQL.
