What you will do
- Own and maintain the end-to-end delivery roadmap for the modernization program.
- Break down high-level initiatives into actionable milestones and track progress across multiple streams.
- Coordinate daily work across Backend (.NET), Frontend (React), QA, UI/UX, and Architecture teams.
- Facilitate alignment between engineering groups and drive clarity on scope, dependencies, and constraints.
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks related to modernization, legacy dependencies, and cross-layer integrations.
- Serve as the primary communication bridge between engineering teams and client stakeholders, conducting regular meetings and reporting.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development.
- Proven experience managing modernization, migration, or large-scale refactoring programs.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and multi-team coordination.
- Experience working with distributed engineering teams across time zones.
- English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) and above required.
Nice to have
- Experience modernizing legacy enterprise platforms (ASP.NET, SQL Server).
- Technical understanding of web architectures (React, .NET Core, REST APIs).
- Background in software delivery within gaming, enterprise, or high-scale digital environments.
