Position: Lead Software Assets Manager

Format: remote, hybrid (Belgrade)

GDC Services is looking for a Software Asset Management (SAM) Team Leader to provide support to an international client.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Team Management: Leading, mentoring, and developing assistants.
• Task Control: Distributing incoming requests and prioritizing workload to meet deadlines (SLAs).
• Analytics & Reporting: Preparing regular metric reports for the client and senior management.
• Client Management: Acting as the main point of contact, conducting meetings, and resolving escalations.
• Financial Oversight: Collaborating with finance to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Quality Assurance: Auditing the team's work for compliance with procedures and standards.

Requirements:
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) – daily communication is in English
• Experience in delivering Managed IT Services
• Experience in IT team management
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow
• Experience with SAM tools is a strong plus
• Basic IT skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a structured, remote environment.
