What you will do

• Support and enable users, guiding teams in effective tool usage.
• Promote best practices and recommend improvements for observability.
• Manage operational workflows using ServiceNow and Microsoft Teams.
• Develop documentation and self-service resources to drive adoption.
• Ensure smooth migrations of user setups to production environments.
• Collaborate with platform engineers and application teams on complex issues.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident bridge calls.
• Assist with vendor solutions code and integrations.

Requirements

• 3+ years supporting observability platforms or similar enterprise systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
• Understanding of observability concepts (metrics, logs, traces) and best practices.
• Ability to develop user documentation and self-service resources.

Nice to have

• Experience with Datadog, Splunk, Grafana, BigPanda, or similar tools.
• Exposure to incident management processes and on-call participation.
• Knowledge of scripting or automation for configuration and migrations.
