What you will do

• Own key components of the Search roadmap to improve relevance and ranking.
• Define and deliver features enhancing search quality and performance across products and markets.
• Collaborate with machine learning teams to integrate ranking and personalization models into production.
• Partner with UX and API teams for seamless integration and consistent user experiences.
• Monitor industry trends in search technologies and identify innovation opportunities.
• Translate technical concepts into clear requirements and prioritize initiatives based on impact.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States, specifically Seattle, Washington.
• 5+ years of product management experience in search, e-commerce, or large-scale consumer platforms.
• Ability to work with technical teams on APIs, data pipelines, and ML model integration.
• Proven track record delivering impactful features in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with personalization, semantic search, or vector-based retrieval.
• Background in marketplaces, travel, or other high-volume consumer platforms.
