What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional projects from idea through planning, execution, and stabilization.
• Translate strategic priorities into structured workplans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Own governance, cadences, and processes that connect hirify.global and SAP around joint initiatives.
• Build decks, trackers, dashboards, and communications for hands-on project execution.
• Prepare and facilitate meetings and workshops, driving discussions and capturing decisions.
• Work closely with leaders across functions to align expectations and resolve conflicts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project/program management, with at least 2 years in a fast-paced SaaS or software company.
• Experience working in or alongside large/complex organizations and managing projects involving multiple companies or external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to design and run processes, including governance, cadences, and operating models.
• Strong hands-on execution skills, comfortable building project plans, dashboards, and presentations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels and functions.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience working with or within SAP or similar large strategic partners.
• Familiarity with enterprise software / SaaS business models.
• Background in management consulting, PMO, or strategy & operations roles.
• Exposure to SAP-related initiatives (business processes, integrations, or joint GTM).
