What you will do

• Develop and maintain new backend functionality and services.
• Design and implement product-supporting services.
• Propose product improvements proactively.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and QA for end-to-end solutions.
• Own production code by monitoring, debugging, and improving performance and reliability.
• Write automated tests and follow CI/CD best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Experience in backend development using PHP and/or Golang.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, OOP, and design patterns.
• Ability to write testable code including unit and functional tests.
• Good command of SQL, database design, and OLTP/OLAP.
• Effective team collaboration skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-load enterprise applications and event-driven systems.
• Knowledge of application architecture patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Docker, Jenkins, GitLab.
• Frontend development experience, preferably React.
