• Mentor and grow craft leads, fostering creative excellence and leadership confidence.

Requirements

• Fluent English required to clearly communicate creative direction and goals.
• Deep experience with game art production pipeline across multiple disciplines.
• Proven success in art direction and people management.
• Strong background collaborating with external vendors and co-development partners.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, prioritization, and navigating ambiguity.
• Deep expertise in League of Legends visual identity and player expectations for cosmetics.

Nice to have

• Experience planning and maintaining production schedules with producers or managers.
• Broad experience shipping stylized AAA content.
• Familiarity with outsourcing workflows and end-to-end pipelines.
• Engine experience (Unreal, Unity, or proprietary).
• Multilingual skills (Mandarin or other regional languages).
