Senior Manager, Art Direction, Skins (League of Legends)

Location: Singapore-based role context with collaboration across Riot LA and Singapore; full relocation support is provided.

What you will do

• Lead art direction for League of Legends cosmetics from concept through final in-game assets.
• Define artistic vision, craft standards, success criteria, and sustainable production pipelines.
• Translate Riot LA’s creative and product vision into actionable direction for craft leads and art teams.
• Collaborate with Creative, Art, Product, production, and co-development partners across Riot LA and Singapore.
• Remove creative and operational blockers while aligning feedback and maintaining visual consistency across regions.
• Mentor craft leads and build an inclusive, experimental, and continuously improving team culture.

Requirements

• Deep experience with game art production pipelines across multiple art disciplines.
• Proven success in art direction and people management.
• Experience collaborating with external vendors and co-development partners.
• Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and ambiguity-navigation skills.
• Fluent English required for communicating creative direction and goals.
• Deep expertise in League of Legends champions, visual identity, and player expectations for cosmetic content.

Nice to have

• Experience planning and maintaining production schedules with producers or development managers.
• Experience shipping stylized AAA content.
• Familiarity with outsourcing workflows and end-to-end pipelines.
• Experience with Unreal, Unity, or proprietary engines.
• Multilingual skills, including Mandarin or other regional languages.
