What you will do

• Provide direct and 2nd Level specialized customer service support, including solving, research, and answering client inquiries on content, product, and delivery platform.
• Meet with Sales and prospective customers to collect content, product, technical, and integration requirements.
• Demonstrate various aspects of the platform and proactively carry out content onboarding activities for customers.
• Use customer and personal feedback to improve products, services, or processes.
• Contribute actively to product release rollouts, migrations, testing, and upgrade programs.
• Work independently to tackle client queries and resolve issues, even when precedent may not exist.

Requirements

• Knowledge of and experience with financial data sets, Investments, or analytics.
• Ability to collaborate and connect with technical and non-technical personnel via phone, face-to-face, and in writing.
• Ability to give effective presentations and provide ad hoc answers.
• Certifiable training skills for beginner and advanced training on domain expertise.
• Must be based in Taguig City, Philippines or Bangalore, India due to hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• SQL skills.
