What you will do

• Develop end-to-end AI/ML pipelines with strong understanding of AI lifecycle and cloud platforms.
• Leverage data insights to guide product strategy and identify feature opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to translate needs into analytical requirements and communicate findings.
• Automate model re-training and maintain model tracking systems.
• Monitor and improve model performance continuously.
• Work closely with data engineering and data science teams to define best coding practices and write technical documentation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam with hybrid work arrangement.
• 8+ years experience in data science product development and ML system deployment in cloud environments (AWS, GCP).
• Expertise in SQL, NoSQL, data warehousing, and advanced programming in Python or R.
• Experience with ML frameworks (scikit-learn, XGBoost) and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, MXNet).
• Strong background in predictive/statistical modeling and all phases of ML pipeline.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines (MLflow or similar) and working with distributed compute/storage (Databricks, Spark, PySpark).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in online gaming, financial services, or other high-risk/regulated industries.
• Deep knowledge of anti-fraud techniques and industry best practices.
