Location: Onsite in Hawthorne, CA, USA. This position requires US citizenship or permanent residency, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance.

Salary: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the customer interface for operations plans, mission design, and real-world operations.
• Ensure timely completion of contract deliverables and translate customer requirements into actionable development objectives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive development and ensure end-to-end mission success.
• Support all program phases from initial proposal to on-orbit commissioning, including educating customers on designs.
• Own the ground segment architecture design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., engineering, computer science, information technology, physics, math).
• 5+ years of technical project management experience, working hands-on with hardware or software technical projects.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance as a condition of employment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder), Refugee, or Asylee to conform to U.S. Government export regulations (ITAR).
• Availability to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed, and willingness to travel to other hirify.global offices, customer locations, and remote ground sites.
• Ability to pass Air Force background checks for Cape Canaveral and Vandenberg.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with USG intelligence processes and systems.
• Experience integrating with genAI and traditional machine learning techniques.
• Spacecraft mission design, development, integration, and/or test experience.
