What you will do

• Serve as the main HR point of contact for Saudi Arabia, coordinating with the People Team in Dubai HQ.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring full compliance with KSA labor laws and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the KSA market.
• Coordinate with the Government Relations Officer (GRO) for all employee documentation (onboarding, visas, contracts).
• Lead a seamless onboarding experience for new joiners in Saudi Arabia.
• Execute end-to-end recruitment for KSA roles, especially Sales and operational positions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Experience as an HR Generalist or People Operations professional with expertise in KSA labor law, entity setup, or local HR processes.
• Comfortable being the first HR point of contact and owning HR operations for an entire country.
• Strong recruiter capable of managing multiple candidate pipelines.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, take ownership, and build systems from scratch.
