What you will do

• Lead architecture design and tech stack assessment for Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions.
• Develop detailed AI solution architectures and serve as subject matter expert on AI technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align AI solutions with business needs.
• Evaluate and select appropriate AI components and strategies to deliver business value.
• Build and optimize scalable data and AI architectures.
• Foster an AI-driven culture through knowledge sharing and engineering excellence.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with minimum 8 years relevant experience.
• Expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models, Computer Vision, and advanced ML systems.
• Proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Experience with cloud platforms AWS and GCP, and containerization technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate technical AI concepts into business insights.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as AutoGen, CrewAI, Langchain.
• Familiarity with embeddings, retrieval algorithms, and vector database modeling.
