What you will do
- Provide customer service to B2B clients in Switzerland primarily in German via written communication
- Support financial queries including transactional business and basic accounting
- Answer product questions and implement contract changes
- Prepare customer reporting, account statements, and conduct reconciliation
- Utilize systems to find solutions for customer queries
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external business partners
Requirements
- Fluent in German (minimum B2), English, and Polish at a very good level
- On-site work in Warsaw, Poland
- Proactive team player with customer focus and attention to detail
- Experience in international customer service is an asset
