TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Incident Analysis): Defining and delivering data-driven, user-centric experiences for incident analysis products with an accent on transforming incident data into opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence. Focus on driving better business outcomes from operational data through analytics, DevOps, and user experience.

Location: Remote, with preference for candidates located near hub locations in San Francisco, Atlanta, or Toronto. Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Cannot employ candidates residing in certain US states (Alaska, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, West Virginia, Wyoming) or Canadian provinces (Alberta, Manitoba, Newfoundland, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, PEI, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Yukon).

Salary: $161,000–$271,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead the development and execution of the roadmap for Incident Analysis products.
  • Drive end-to-end product lifecycle, from needs discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, seamless user experiences.
  • Engage with customers and cross-functional partners to deeply understand user needs and emerging opportunities.
  • Track and analyze product performance, iterating on features to maximize user value and business impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in product management for B2B SaaS, DevOps, or data-analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrated fluency with data analysis or analytics products (telemetry, observability, post-incident review).
  • Proven success shipping features focused on workflow automation or operational improvement.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, customer success).
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the incident management lifecycle or operational reliability in cloud-native environments.
  • Direct experience with DevOps, SRE, or related tooling in a SaaS or modern infra context.
  • Exposure to ML/AI-driven insights or advanced analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Splunk).
