What you will do
- Achieve individual sales targets for new business, expansions, and renewals.
- Generate new customer pipelines by contacting C-levels, networking, and following up on marketing leads.
- Engage in consultative, value-driven selling of cybersecurity solutions.
- Develop and manage relationships with current clients to foster additional business and ensure high satisfaction.
- Coordinate effectively with internal hirify.global teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success, etc.).
- Navigate complex organizations and build relationships with multiple stakeholders across various departments.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of proven experience in sales (SDR, inside sales), renewal sales, or customer success, consistently achieving targets.
- Experience with MEDDIC/MEDDPIC selling methodology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Native-level fluency in another European language (e.g., Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Polish).
- Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) and its reporting features.
- Bachelor’s degree.
