Salary: £110,000 - £186,000 annually

What you will do

• Deploy and manage hirify.global’s platform infrastructure in the UK
• Build highly available and secure production systems
• Architect scalable and secure network topologies
• Set up operational processes for UK infrastructure management
• Ensure compliance with UK customer and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate closely with US teams to support international growth

Requirements

• Must hold or be eligible for UK security clearance (NPPV3 and SC)
• 6+ years experience in complex infrastructure for web applications with strict uptime
• Expertise in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering
• Strong knowledge of platform, network, and data security with compliance experience
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Pulumi, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch
• Located in London metro area with willingness to work onsite 4 days per week

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting for automation
• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, ArgoCD
