What you will do

• Own and grow a book of business with full profit and loss responsibility across managed demand
• Build and manage strategic relationships with agencies and buyers in the UK programmatic ecosystem
• Collaborate with publisher partners, media planning, client service, and product teams to drive revenue
• Lead internal projects and act as a non-managerial role model demonstrating best-in-class sales techniques
• Market new publisher inventory creatively to buyers and drive publisher revenue
• Evaluate ad tech ecosystem trends to guide business strategy and educate clients on product solutions

Requirements

• Must have 4+ years experience in sales account management with deep understanding of programmatic advertising and real-time bidding
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and Gmail
• Motivation to work in a fast-paced environment with high energy and ambition
• Location requirement: Hybrid work in London, UK with remote days Monday and Friday
