TL;DR

Senior Institutional Sales Consultant (Fintech): Building and expanding the institutional client base for IG Prime in the Asia-Pacific region with an accent on identifying, developing, and winning new clients. Focus on establishing the regional presence, presenting complex financial solutions, and developing existing client relationships.

Location: Hybrid working model with 3 days in the office in Singapore. The role is focused on expanding into the Asia-Pacific region.

What you will do

  • Build comprehensive knowledge of IG Prime's products and capabilities to identify and win new clients.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships from initial pitch through to onboarding and ongoing servicing across the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Support and implement sales strategies to grow IG's market share in APAC.
  • Represent the firm at marketing events and conferences.
  • Contribute to the development of sales processes and best practices for regional presence.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years' experience in an institutional sales role, ideally with Asia-Pacific market knowledge.
  • Ability to confidently articulate complex financial solutions and present to C-suite level.
  • Strong client focus and self-starter mentality, with a drive to grow market share.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or other Asian languages is preferred.
  • Existing network within the Asia-Pacific hedge fund, family office, or broker community is highly desirable.
