What you will do

• Collaborate with analyst, engineering, and product management teams to create and deliver technology-enhanced tools, content, and workflows for customers.
• Convert, tag, update, and prepare editorially created content for digital product delivery.
• Develop, understand, and interpret tagging specifications to ensure proper content structuring.
• Perform quality assurance testing on electronic products, verifying completeness, accuracy, and functionality of all components.
• Facilitate the implementation of comprehensive style and formatting standards for web pages and content to ensure a consistent user experience.
• Identify, diagnose, and solve problems encountered during content preparation and quality assurance testing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with college-level coursework preferred.
• Minimum 0-2 years’ experience in publishing content for digital platforms, using web-based project management tools, or related digital content production.
• Excellent project management skills, including demonstrated ability for project-based work and functioning across teams under deadlines.
• Knowledge of SGML, publishing operations, and coding systems.
• Demonstrated ability to learn technical applications quickly and use electronic products for research.
• Familiarity with legal terminology and working knowledge of Agile methodology.
