What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Coordinate the implementation and upkeep of IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions.
• Determine and enforce IT guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
• Manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Analyze and resolve complex IT issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Requirements

• More than 6 years of experience in IT management or a similar position with a demonstrated history of guiding effective teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related area, or equivalent professional experience.
• Solid technical understanding of IT infrastructure, encompassing networking, systems, and security.
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities along with the capacity to think critically and strategically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working well with a variety of groups.
• Must be authorized to work in India without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
