Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain, supporting full European teams and driving strategy across EMEA. Regional and international travel is expected.

What you will do

• Inform hirify.global’s long-range strategic vision and product roadmap for security across EMEA.
• Drive and communicate hirify.global’s technology strategy to customers, partners, investors, media, and industry events.
• Deliver high-impact Executive Business Centre (EBC) customer engagements, presenting technical vision to C-level executives.
• Engage with governments and regulators on cybersecurity, technical policy, and innovation.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the cybersecurity industry and competitive landscape to ensure thought leadership.
• Discover new technologies that yield competitive advantage and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in developing security strategies for companies and/or governments and overseeing their successful implementation.
• Broad information security competency and experience across strategy, governance, technology, and policy.
• Deep and broad knowledge of security issues and trends, with the ability to articulate high-level security strategy.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior leaders, including C-level executives, both internally and externally.
• Experience working in a global, geo-politically aware environment, sensitive to government sentiments towards technology organizations.
• Working experience in a similar role such as Regional CTO, Enterprise Technology Strategist, Strategic Consultant, or Enterprise Security Architect.
• Regional travel with some international travel is expected.
