Paid Social Specialist: Planning, launching, and optimizing paid social campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and YouTube with an accent on driving full-funnel initiatives, including high-visibility brand and bottom-of-funnel campaigns. Focus on translating strategy into execution, developing new creative ideas, analyzing performance, and experimenting with A/B tests and AI tools to improve results and efficiency.

Location: Remote from Estonia. Hybrid work mode is available for team members near office hubs in San Diego, Prague, Dublin, Nicosia, and Tallinn (2–3 in-office days per week).

What you will do

  • Own paid social campaigns from ideation to execution, including audience building, content briefs, setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Manage LinkedIn campaigns end-to-end and support Meta, Reddit, and YouTube campaigns.
  • Translate strategy into day-to-day delivery, taking direction from your Team Lead and Director.
  • Develop new creative ideas and propose angles, hooks, formats, and briefs for design and content teams.
  • Analyze performance trends and provide clear recommendations for improvements.
  • Drive experimentation through A/B tests, new formats, and platform innovations to continuously improve results.
  • Explore and implement new AI tools, automation, and best practices to streamline workflows.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on Paid Social experience, especially with LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong execution skills and the ability to independently build, launch, and manage campaigns.
  • Curiosity and a genuine interest in creative testing, storytelling, and improving ad quality.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with design and content teams.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Excel and BI analytics tools, or a willingness to learn.
  • Experience using or eagerness to use AI for creative brainstorming, audience insights, or workflow automation.
  • A self-driven learning mindset to stay updated with B2B social trends.
