What you will do

• Analyze customer machine metrics to proactively identify potential capacity issues.
• Partner with product owners to forecast infrastructure demand for compute, storage, and network resources.
• Develop and present clear recommendations to engineering teams for increasing capacity.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing insights and analyses to customer success managers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize processes and contribute to building new automation tools.
• Develop strong, trusting relationships with internal stakeholders to support product success.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in operations, business intelligence, strategy, and/or capacity planning (8+ years for Senior levels).
• Strong analytical skills with experience consolidating complex datasets.
• Fundamental knowledge of systems infrastructure and how services interact with underlying hardware.
• Experience building statistical models.
• Strong interpersonal and executive presentation skills.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• A related technical degree.
