Location: Based in Amsterdam, with work directly onsite with clients and requiring Dutch Speaking proficiency.

What you will do

• Be hands-on and billable, helping to build technical capabilities within the Club.
• Lead the engineering and development thinking, aligning with business strategy and client needs.
• Guide and support the improvement of technical skills for developers within your Club.
• Define and ensure adherence to coding standards during client assignments.
• Provide technical oversight for challenging engineering activities on client work.
• Enable an inclusive technology culture within your Club and on client engagements.

Requirements

• Expertise in C# & .NET with strong hands-on server-side application design experience.
• Proficiency with Azure services, particularly API Management, Front Door, and Service Bus.
• Proven experience with Terraform & Infrastructure-as-Code to manage and scale environments.
• Proficiency in Dutch Speaking.

• Experience in coaching and providing career progression to senior developers and tech leads.
• Awareness to think strategically about technology, creating flexible and robust plans.
• Experience working with managers to deliver complex technical messages/solutions.
• Consultancy experience across a number of sectors.
