What you will do

• Help clients navigate major IT transformations and digital advancements.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients as a reliable advisor.
• Lead clients through digital transformation initiatives, including data & AI.
• Manage projects, client engagement, planning, and execution.
• Coach senior consultants, providing guidance and feedback.
• Conduct thorough Enterprise Architecture assessments and guide buy vs build strategies.

Requirements

• Completed master’s degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT consulting, with relevant experience in IT & digital strategy, IT target operation model, enterprise architecture, and/or IT & digital transformation.
• Proven track record of leading and managing teams.
• In-depth understanding of IT trends, emerging technologies, and industry standards.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Nice to have

• Expert view on architecture topics and/or tooling.
• Relevant certifications such as TOGAF.
