What you will do

  • Lead the architecture process for the Geospatial Platform, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Translate long-term vision into concrete implementation steps and guide engineers.
  • Coordinate collaboration between different platform teams, sharing innovations and best practices.
  • Foster data-driven innovation to enable impactful solutions for global transitions.
  • Design and standardize cloud-native geospatial services.
  • Integrate Azure services with geospatial APIs and ArcGIS stack.

Requirements

  • Architectural expertise in designing cloud-native solutions (preferably Azure).
  • Strong knowledge of Azure services: Data Factory, Data Lake, Synapse, Functions, DevOps pipelines.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep).
  • English: B2 required.
  • Must work from Utrecht, Netherlands with a hybrid setup.
