What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement a new React/Redux-based frontend for the SFCM platform.
• Work with Java backend developers to design and implement scalable backend services for seamless integration.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product owners, and stakeholders to create intuitive user experiences.
• Lead code reviews, technical sessions, and provide hands-on mentorship to build team competence.
• Partner with QA and DevOps teams to align development with quality, security, and regulatory requirements specific to financial services.
• Implement secure coding standards and manage authentication/authorization flows for financial services.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science/IT, or related field required.
• 8+ years of professional development experience, with 3+ years in frontend development with modern frameworks and service-oriented Java backend.
• Strong experience with React, Redux, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Proficient in state management (Context API or Redux) and data grids (e.g., AG Grid).
• Skilled in CSS (e.g., styled-components) and proficient in building/integrating RESTful APIs.
• Background in Spring Boot and core Java development.
• Ability to guide an existing development team and communicate effectively.

Nice to have

• C++ development experience.
• Familiarity with web-based testing practices (automation).
• Experience working within an Agile squad model.
• Experience deploying and hosting web applications in production.
