What you will do
- Proactively build a pipeline and prospect new clients (e.g., banks, asset managers, institutional clients) for digital asset trading services.
- Own the full sales process, including qualifying deals, coordinating RFI/RFPs, preparing sales meetings, and negotiating new client deals.
- Manage the existing client base to ensure high satisfaction and active use of the trading platform.
- Coordinate internally with the Product team for sales handover and product gap feedback.
- Propose new ideas and strategies for sales success and contribute to marketing and PR.
- Represent Taurus at third-party events, conferences, and build partnerships within the digital asset space.
Requirements
- 5-10 years working experience in trading and brokerage sales within the financial services industry.
- Solid and diversified book of clients, with experience in building a strong sales pipeline and managing the sales lifecycle.
- Strong interest and knowledge in digital assets, finance, and capital markets.
- Dynamic, proactive, and available to travel extensively to visit clients on-site when needed.
- Fluent in English required; fluency in another language is advantageous.
- Must be a Swiss or European candidate willing to relocate to Switzerland.
