What you will do

• Lead global SEO and GEO programs across multiple web properties and subdomains.
• Create and execute data-driven search strategies aligned with product positioning and competitive analysis.
• Manage large-scale on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives in partnership with web teams.
• Partner with content and analytics teams to define AI-optimized content and build cross-channel search insights.
• Evaluate and prioritize experimentation opportunities to increase conversion and engagement.
• Maintain a roadmap of SEO and GEO improvements and optimizations.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Mexico City
• 8–10 years of experience in SEO, digital strategy, or web growth roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Expertise in technical SEO, enterprise content strategy, GEO readiness, keyword intelligence, and search analytics.
• Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.
• Experience with SEO platforms and analytics tools such as Conductor, BrightEdge, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Botify, GA4, Looker Studio.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience leveraging AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Glean.
• Experience working in global organizations across international time zones or multi-region marketing environments.
