What you will do

• Lead the AI-first creative production team integrating AI automation and innovation across marketing creative workflows.
• Build and scale AI-driven platforms and internal tools to accelerate creative output and experimentation.
• Define and deliver strategic AI and product vision for creative production through 2026 and beyond.
• Collaborate across User Acquisition, Data Science, Development, and Creative Strategy teams to align goals and execution.
• Manage project managers and AI designers to optimize production speed, quality, and modularity.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years experience in AI automation and proven implementation of AI solutions in production workflows
• Strong product management skills with experience building SaaS products and internal platforms.
• Technical leadership experience formulating requirements and managing engineering teams.
• Understanding of marketing creative production workflows and performance-driven advertising.
• English proficiency at least B2 level
• Experience with modern AI tools such as Veo, Sora, Suno, Gemini, and n8n.
