TL;DR

Focus on coaching, troubleshooting complex LMS issues, managing support workflows, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

Location: Remote with flexible work arrangements

Salary: 65,000–85,500 CAD annually

What you will do

  • Coach and mentor a team of Product and Technical Support Specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Oversee daily operations ensuring timely resolution of client cases and manage escalations.
  • Troubleshoot complex LMS and platform configuration issues and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Analyze support metrics to identify improvement opportunities and refine support workflows.
  • Lead or participate in projects related to LMS administration, support operations, and technology improvements.
  • Communicate technical information clearly to technical and non-technical users and maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Must have strong English skills (B2 level or higher).
  • Experience supporting LMS or SaaS platforms with 3+ years in customer support or help desk roles.
  • Proven leadership experience including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Technical troubleshooting skills across web-based applications and supported browsers.
  • Familiarity with Office 365, Salesforce or similar case management tools.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams.
