Salary: $170,000–$190,000

• Support, maintain, and improve the hirify.global Android app as the user base grows.
• Work on sprint tasks and understand the product pipeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and spread knowledge.
• Drive software design philosophies and navigate the codebase.
• Communicate across multiple teams to solve problems efficiently.
• Contribute ideas for building better software and present on topics worked on.

Requirements

• Multiple years of native Android experience, having shipped and maintained multiple apps on the Play Store.
• Experience with Kotlin, Coroutines, Jetpack Compose, Retrofit, and Push Notifications.
• Strong problem-solving and architecture abilities.
• Passion for programming and curiosity for new tools.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) certification.

Nice to have

• Experience with Swift or NodeJS.
