What you will do

• Lead configuration and customization of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud features.
• Design, implement, and manage the full Trade Promotion Management (TPM) lifecycle within Salesforce.
• Translate business requirements into robust and efficient Salesforce CG Cloud and TPM solutions.
• Configure and enhance functionalities for field sales and retail execution optimization.
• Implement custom solutions using Salesforce declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder) and oversee integrations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards using Salesforce's native tools and Tableau CRM.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with Salesforce implementation, configuration, and support, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.
• Demonstrable expertise in Salesforce Trade Promotion Management (TPM) functionalities.
• Strong understanding of the Consumer Goods industry, including retail execution, field sales processes, and trade promotion strategies.
• Experience with Salesforce declarative configuration (Flow, Process Builder).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional certification.
• Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Trade Promotion Management (TPM) Accredited Professional certification.
• Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
