What you will do

• Lead and develop a remote engineering team of 80-100 engineers across multiple data infrastructure projects.
• Balance short and long-term business impact with a principled build-buy-partner strategy.
• Set clear goals and remove roadblocks to enable team success.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to increase team impact and align with company-wide engineering leaders.
• Drive engineering excellence in processes and systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and able to work remotely.
• BS or higher in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years leading complex technical engineering teams and 10+ years production-level engineering experience.
• Experience managing ML, Gen AI, SaaS, or data-focused platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to develop and deliver multi-year vision and strategy with cross-functional coordination.

Nice to have

• Experience with health-tech systems such as Electronic Health Records and clinical data.
• AI research experience including designing machine learning algorithms and model training.
