What you will do

• Analyze the causal impact of hirify.global’s advertising campaigns using experiments and advanced measurement techniques.
• Develop machine learning models to predict causal impact and influence bidding strategies.
• Design and build multi-stage data pipelines, processing terabytes of data daily.
• Contribute to tooling for A/B test analysis, ensuring accurate measurement of campaign and product performance.
• Collaborate closely with Data, Product, and Engineering teams to bring research into production.
• Actively contribute to a strong scientific and engineering culture.

Requirements

• Hold a Master’s degree or PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Possess at least 5 years of experience as an ML Engineer or Data Scientist/Researcher.
• Have hands-on development experience in at least one mainstream programming language (Python, Java, C++, etc.).
• Be skilled in sourcing, cleaning, manipulating, and analyzing large-scale datasets, ideally in a Hadoop-based environment.
• Fluent in English and comfortable working in international, multicultural teams.
