Location: Hybrid (Charlotte, NC locals preferred, open to Raleigh, NC and Cincinnati, OH)

Salary: $85-105/hr

What you will do

• Design and develop innovative AI and LLM-driven solutions for code, pipeline, and web application generation.
• Explore, implement, and refine emerging agentic LLM technologies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to accelerate AI adoption and impact.
• Implement Generative AI as per AI Policies.
• Conduct research, stay updated with advancements, and apply knowledge to drive innovation.
• Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline; or 8 years equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.
• 2-3 years of real hands-on Generative AI implementations.
• 4-5 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python, React, and Angular.
• Strong knowledge of AWS platform.
• Experience with agentic technologies, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and computer vision.
