What you will do

• Help plan and organize multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions for marketing activations and gifting.
• Research merchandise, gifts, and innovative ideas for events and internal marketing.
• Organize events from purchasing tickets to shipping items and support creative sprints like video recordings.
• Support PR activities including awards applications, case studies, and developing partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team and internal/external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in a related study (Marketing, Communications, PR, Business) throughout the internship.
• Available for 5-6 months for 32-40 hours per week from February 2026.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Nice to have

• Understanding of basic design tools such as Canva.
