TL;DR

Planning Executive (Marketing): Supporting media planning and campaign management with an accent on developing media knowledge, using industry tools, and effective communication. Focus on learning media systems, managing campaign processes, and collaborating with activation teams in a hybrid UK-based environment.

Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom with the right to work, hybrid work format with office presence around four days a week.

What you will do

  • Develop media planning knowledge across multiple channels and tools like TGI, Pathmatics, and AdIntel.
  • Assist in campaign management including schematics, media plans, financial processes, and client communications.
  • Run and analyze reports on competitive and audience insights.
  • Coordinate meetings and update status reports internally and externally.
  • Work closely with activation teams to deliver tactical plans and responses.
  • Support line manager in setting objectives aligned with agency vision.

Requirements

  • Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Basic competence in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn media planning and industry trends.
  • Good communication skills with ability to adapt style to audience.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and meet deliverables.
  • Understanding of client business and media industry tools.
