What you will do

• Define and prioritize service requirements for new product introductions and ensure alignment with product realization.
• Develop and release spare parts lists, service costs, training materials, and support plans.
• Analyze product performance and parts usage to improve lifecycle management and reduce incidents.
• Support field technical teams and act as a subject matter expert for service design and reliability.
• Champion service requirements during cost reduction and retrofit activities.

Requirements

• Must have ATM hardware experience and 3+ years in service operations or product development
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management and design for serviceability and reliability
• Understanding of financial data, systems, and processes
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Self-motivated and customer focused
