What you will do
- Define and prioritize service requirements for new product introductions and ensure alignment with product realization.
- Develop and release spare parts lists, service costs, training materials, and support plans.
- Analyze product performance and parts usage to improve lifecycle management and reduce incidents.
- Support field technical teams and act as a subject matter expert for service design and reliability.
- Champion service requirements during cost reduction and retrofit activities.
Requirements
- Must have ATM hardware experience and 3+ years in service operations or product development
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management and design for serviceability and reliability
- Understanding of financial data, systems, and processes
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Self-motivated and customer focused
