What you will do

• Manage daily margin calls, collateral reconciliation, and cash/crypto settlements.
• Monitor client exposures and escalate risks to management.
• Improve collateral and clearing risk management processes and controls.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with margin processes.
• Coordinate trade settlements and reconciliations with internal and external teams.
• Manage asset rebalancing and whitelisting across multiple exchanges.

Requirements

• Based in London area or Dublin with hybrid work arrangement.
• 3+ years experience in collateral management, risk clearing, and trading operations, preferably with crypto assets.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, exchanges, clearing houses, and margin concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field (Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting).
• Strong SQL and Python skills for margin monitoring tool development.
• Fluent English required.
