What you will do

• Support the launch and embedding of the Salesforce platform across internal teams and management providers
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Brolly platform and its modules
• Act as a cross-functional Subject Matter Expert to drive platform adoption
• Collaborate with business design and learning leads to enhance digital literacy
• Create and update training content and deliver platform training
• Monitor platform performance, identify issues, and coordinate resolutions

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in London, UK
• Proven experience configuring and managing Salesforce platforms
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experience designing and delivering training to drive user adoption
• Applied understanding of UX and customer journey principles
• Analytical thinker with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
