What you will do

• Solve business problems using data and identify insights for product improvements.
• Collect and process data from various sources including ClickHouse and PostgreSQL.
• Build batch data pipelines using Airflow and DBT.
• Create core dashboards and models for self-service analytics in BI systems (Metabase).
• Formulate hypotheses, conduct A/B tests, and evaluate their results.
• Make recommendations for product enhancements based on data analysis.

Requirements

• Solution-oriented mindset.
• Understanding of iGaming / Fintech specifics.
• Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and hypothesis testing.
• Proficiency in SQL (complex queries + optimization).
• Experience with Python (general principles + data analysis libraries).
• Hands-on experience with Airflow, DBT, and ClickHouse (DAGs + MVs).
• Experience with building reports in BI systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with Metabase or GrowthBook.
• Experience building anomalies alerting systems.
• Experience building a hierarchy of metrics.
