TL;DR

Data Analyst: Providing reliable data, meaningful insights, and analytical solutions for Payments and KYC domains with an accent on developing dashboards, preparing datasets, and supporting A/B testing. Focus on improving operational performance and strategic initiatives, and contributing to fraud detection and verification efficiency models.

Location: Onsite in Limassol, Cyprus. Full relocation support is offered for you and your family to Cyprus.

What you will do

• Define and improve metrics representing product performance and operations efficiency.
• Collect, clean, organize, and transform raw data into usable formats for analysis.
• Search for inefficiencies and suggest solutions.
• Assess solutions through backtesting, A/B testing, and modeling.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and draw actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to improve the data landscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including experience with analytical databases (Vertica, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse).
• Solid knowledge of Python (pandas, data manipulation, basic visualization, and common analytical/ML libraries).
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, including descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, statistical significance, and experiment evaluation.
• Ability to build simple machine learning models (e.g., classifiers, scoring models, logistic regression, tree-based models) for analytical and operational use cases.

• English check (if needed).
• Tech interview (90 minutes) and Behavioural interview (60 minutes).
