What you will do

  • Lead the evolution of delivery architecture and data models to deliver scalable, impactful solutions.

  • Develop and execute technical strategies to solve complex business challenges using data-driven decisions.
  • Mentor and guide engineers fostering continuous improvement and engineering excellence.
  • Build strong partnerships across business lines aligning technical solutions with strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the United States with ability to work in a hybrid model.
  • Proven technical leadership and collaboration on complex backend projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Java, Kotlin, Scala, or other object-oriented languages.
  • Deep understanding of distributed event-driven systems; DynamoDB experience is a plus.
  • Passion for solving complex problems and delivering scalable solutions.
  • Growth mindset with emphasis on self and team improvement.

  • Experience with AI tools and integration in engineering workflows.
