What you will do

• Lead UX/CX/EX design and consulting engagements supporting digital transformation at scale.
• Deliver client projects individually or as part of a team, driving process excellence and solutioning.
• Train and mentor onshore and offshore teams in UX, CX, and EX best practices.
• Build and improve customer Digital Automation Centers of Excellence focusing on experience design.
• Provide thought leadership through publications, webinars, and market advocacy.
• Support growth and management of Intelligent Process Automation Tech Advisory practice.

Requirements

• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Hungary.
• Proven experience in UX, CX, and EX consulting and digital experience technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Pages) and cloud platforms.
• Strong project management and client relationship skills.
• Fluent in English and native language of residence country.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in a global multicultural environment.
